Music doesn't always need lyrics to tell a story.

Sometimes a melody, a chord progression, a drum pattern, or even a single sustained note can communicate something that words cannot. Music can create tension before anything happens, make a moment feel nostalgic, or turn an ordinary scene into something unforgettable. The best songs or movie scores evoke some kind of emotion. You know? Like that R&B or pop song that made you cry when no one was watching.  

That is what draws me to composing for storytelling.
